Translation checking and proofreading

WorldAccent offers two distinct services for translation quality validation:

Translation checking will look at all aspects of the translation, including accuracy against the original text and appropriateness for the intended audience. Spelling and grammar mistakes will normally be corrected as a matter of course. If an initial translation is of such a poor standard that extra charges may be incurred, we will be happy to advise you on the most economical and efficient way to rectify its shortcomings.

Translation proofreading corrects the spelling and grammar of the translated text, without checking accuracy against the original text. It is therefore cheaper than the checking service, but we will still comment on the style and overall quality.
